Who wants to hear about my car?

Everyone that's who!
Ok well is was Thursday at trade school and i had to replace a timing belt and mine needed doing so i got to work pulling bits off my car and then the timing belt came into view. I was a lovely view apart from all the oil until i checked the tension of the belt and then my lecturer saw and made everyone come and look cos it was soooooo loose. (for those of you who don't know a loose timing belt can jump teeth and that can cause a fucked engine) So anyway i pulled the timing belt off and it was in such bad condition that you could pull the teeth off with your fingers!!! I also replaced the cam shaft and crank shaft oil seals!!!! Hore-ray for a car that holds oil!
Now on Friday i had to demonstrate that i knew how to adjust tappets so i did them on my car. Now they were very tight so i took them back to spec and now my car sounds like someone is molesting a lawnmower!

Ahhhhh Trade school!

Ok let me set the scene, first day of trade school there is me and 7 guys sitting in class with our lecturer and we are all doing our book work.

Trade school guy #1 "What is the answer to question 3 What is the all time form of protection?"


Lecturer "What do you think?"

Trade school guy #2 "A giant franger?"

Lecturer "How is that going to protect you if you stick your hand into a fan while the engine is running?"

Trade school guy#2 "It might protect you if you put your dick into it"

Everyone "Laughs"

Lecturer "There is nothing in the world that would make me want to do that"

There is never a dull moment at trade school! Last week a car set on fire in the work shop!!!
